The contract on this page is signed by Turkbim Bilişim ve İletişim Teknolojileri San.Tic.Ltd.Şti. It will be valid and binding for you from the moment you start using the registered trademark TURKNETHOST Internet Services (referred to as Turknethost). Please read this agreement carefully before using our services.

We group the services you can purchase from www.turknethost.com under 4 main headings and offer 4 different product contracts, taking into account the changing conditions for each product group. Accordingly, the contracts you can access from the links above are as follows.

DOMAIN AGREEMENT

1. PARTIES
   Domain Registration and Transfer Agreement,Selahattin Eyyubi Mah.333.sk. Turkbim Bilişim ve İletişim Teknolojileri San.Tic.Ltd.Şti. operating at No:4/E Bağlar DİYARBAKIR . (hereinafter   referred to as  turknethost.com .)  The conditions detailed below have been accepted between  the natural or legal person (hereinafter  referred to as CUSTOMER ) who purchases products and services through the www.turknethost.com website address under its control.
2. START DATE AND DURATION OF THE AGREEMENT
   2.1Your electronic approval of this agreement means that you have read the agreement and that you accept and agree with all the terms contained in the agreement.
   2.2  All disputes that may arise between both parties will be resolved within the framework of the explanations detailed in the contract. If the CUSTOMER violates the specified conditions,  turknethost.com  may seize the relevant accounts or suspend the services provided temporarily or indefinitely.
   2.3  This agreement  enters into force  between  turknethost.com  and  the CUSTOMER after the CUSTOMER approves it. This contract  It covers the rules and general terms of service regarding domain registration and transfer that turknethost.com provides or will provide to  the  CUSTOMER .
3. DEFINITIONS
   3.1CUSTOMER  and  turknethost.com  accept that all authorized persons regarding the allocated domain  are CUSTOMER .
   3.2  If the domain service is received by a legal entity, the authorized signatory of the company is deemed authorized with the domain.
   3.4  CUSTOMER  accepts all rules determined or changed later by both  turknethost.com and the Authorized Registry Operator. turknethost.com  may need to make changes to this agreement  when necessary in order to comply with the rules and policies determined by ICANN or organizations appointed by ICANN as Registration Authority  . CUSTOMERacknowledges that these changes may be made.
   3.5  The service is not considered complete until the domain is registered. For domain names that cannot be registered, require documentation, are reserved, and are private (premium),  turknethost.com  provides an unconditional refund and may cancel the order.
4. FEESIf  the services offered for sale by 
   turknethost.com are requested by  the CUSTOMER , the CUSTOMER agrees to pay for the service. Payment  is made  by  the CUSTOMER  using any of the payment methods determined by  turknethost.com .  Payment methods determined by turknethost.com ; Online payment by credit card, payment via Paypal payment system, bank transfer or EFT. Service fees may be determined in Turkish Lira or American dollars. However, all payments are converted to Turkish Lira based on the current exchange rate at the order stages and payment is made in Turkish Lira. When domain registration service is purchased,  turknethost.com In case it cannot collect all or part of the fee for the service provided, or if it returns the payment as a result of a later objection even if the payment has been collected, turknethost.com  may  apply for all kinds of legal sanctions to collect the payment. In addition,  it may stop the CUSTOMER 's services temporarily or permanently when necessary. If the service is provided by a different person or institution and this person or institution claims to be the real owner of the service, the domain is transferred to the person who made the payment. However,   content uploaded by the CUSTOMER is not transferred. Only service transfer is performed.

5.DOMAIN RENEWALS
Domain registrations   are registered for a period of 1-10 years according to  the CUSTOMER 's preference. CUSTOMER  can extend the time if he/she wishes. Time extension  is made by the CUSTOMER  placing an order and making payment via the control panel. turknethost.com  is not obliged to carry out or follow up the domain renewal process. turknethost.com  sends warning e-mails to the e-mail address provided by the CUSTOMER during registration  . However, turknethost.com  has no liability   if  these e-mails  are not noticed or not received by the CUSTOMER . CUSTOMER The domain is responsible for keeping track of the expiration date.

 If the domain renewal fee cannot be collected from  the CUSTOMER for any reason,   the domain registered by turknethost.com will be out of use at the end of the period. The domain that is out of use can be renewed and activated within 30 days,  upon the CUSTOMER 's request, by extending the period. However, after 30 days, the domain enters the Redemption Period period. If the CUSTOMER  wishes to purchase a domain during this process, the costs requested by ICANN are added and the expenses are deducted. At the end of the Redemption Period, the domain enters the cancellation process. No renewals can be made during this period. At the end of the process, the domain will be available for purchase by everyone again.

6.CONDITION OF CONTRACT; CHANGES This agreement is valid as  long as the CUSTOMER  registers the domain through turknethost.com . According to ICANN rules, the domain cannot be transferred to another company for 60 days from the domain registration and renewal process. turknethost.com  may make changes to this agreement from time to time in line with the laws and international domain rules. CUSTOMER is deemed to have accepted these changes and updates that may be made. CUSTOMER  is deemed to have accepted that he/she will not receive any refund if he/she wishes to terminate this agreement unilaterally.

7. CURRENT CUSTOMER INFORMATION;USE OF INFORMATION AND EXPIRATION
   The CUSTOMERis obliged to keep the information provided as part of the services received accurate and up-to-date. If any information changes,  turknethost.com  must make the changes. Regardless of the reason,  if the information the CUSTOMER provides to  turknethost.com  is not correct, the contract will be deemed to have been violated. Additionally, in suspicious cases  ,  turknethost.com  has the right to request updated information from the CUSTOMER . If this information is not provided,  turknethost.com  has the authority to stop and cancel the services provided. CUSTOMER The domain accepts the contact information provided during registration to be seen on the internet within the framework of the rules of the registry operators. CUSTOMER cannot hold turknethost.com   responsible for this information that is visible to everyone on the Internet  .

The information detailed below for each domain registered by the CUSTOMER  is available to everyone in whois services in accordance with international domain policies. The CUSTOMER  is deemed to have accepted that third parties can access this information as a result of inquiries on the Internet and that this information can be used commercially  .

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION POLICY
   CUSTOMERis deemed to have accepted the "Dispute Resolution Policy" prepared by  turknethost.com within the framework of  international domain rules. turknethost.com  may change these rules when necessary. CUSTOMER  accepts that it is necessary to read the agreements on  turknethost.com at regular intervals in order to review the changes made in the solution rules while receiving service  . If the CUSTOMER wishes to cancel the domain registration due to these changes, no refund can be made.

9.DOMAIN TRANSFER PROCEDURES
CUSTOMER can transfer  any domain to another person   through turknethost.com  or  CUSTOMER representative. Once the transfer is completed, the domain cannot be taken back or its operation cannot be interfered with. The CUSTOMER  carries out the transfer process after researching and making sure of all risks before the transfer. turknethost.com cannot be held responsible for any disputes that occur after the transfer   . The domain can only be transferred to another domain registrar via a transfer code. After the domain is transferred to another company,  turknethost.com  has no responsibility for the relevant domain.

10. SUSPENSION OF SERVICES;BREACH OF CONTRACT
    CUSTOMER  accepts all rules set by turknethost.com or the authorized registry operator. If the rules specified in the contracts are not followed,  turknethost.com  has the right to stop, suspend or cancel the service provided.
11. RESTRICTION OF SERVICES;RIGHT OF REJECTION Any domain sold by
    turknethost.com cannot be canceled in any way after the sale is made. No changes can be made to the domain name. No refunds can be made under any circumstances.

The CUSTOMER who receives the domain service   accepts and undertakes not to use it for the following purposes or to allow others to use it.

12. SENDING UNWANTED E-MAIL (SPAM)
    12.1 Performing high volumes or repetitive transactions to the services provided by turknethost.com (such as domain query)
    12.2  Uses such as mail bombardment of destination address, packet corruption, internet packet flooding.
    12.3  Illegal access to servers, damaging or logging in by exploiting security vulnerabilities.
    12.4  Attempts that constitute slander, harm, threat, harassment or similar legal offenses against any person or institution.
    12.5  Crimes defined in law no. 5651.
    12.6  Terrorism and hate crimes, child porn content or links to these contents.
    12.7 Attempts to imitate a different person.
    12.8  Content contrary to public morality

In such cases, turknethost.com  may take any precautions such as suspending or canceling the domain service. No refund will be made on the domain fee due to breach of contract.

HOSTING AGREEMENT

1. PARTIES.
   Hosting Services Agreement,Selahattin Eyyubi Mah.333.sk. Turkbim Bilişim ve İletişim Teknolojileri San.Tic.Ltd.Şti. operating at No:4/E Bağlar DİYARBAKIR . (hereinafter   referred to as  turknethost.com .)  The conditions detailed below have been accepted between  the natural or legal person (hereinafter  referred to as CUSTOMER ) who purchases products and services through the turknethost.com website address under its control.
2. START DATE AND DURATION OF THE AGREEMENT
   2.1Your electronic approval of this agreement means that you have read the agreement and that you accept and agree with all the terms contained in the agreement.
   2.2  All disputes that may arise between both parties will be resolved within the framework of the explanations detailed in the contract. If the CUSTOMER violates the specified conditions,  turknethost.com  may seize the relevant accounts or suspend the services provided temporarily or indefinitely.
   2.3  This agreement  enters into force  between  turknethost.com  and  the CUSTOMER after the CUSTOMER approves it. This contract  It covers the rules and general terms of service regarding the hosting services provided or to be provided by turknethost.com to  the  CUSTOMER .
3. DEFINITIONS
   3.1 The service provided tothe CUSTOMER  by  turknethost.com is the publication of websites or databases  on the servers whose infrastructure is provided by turknethost.com  . CUSTOMER  can purchase Reseller hosting, Web Hosting or Database services independently or together. When the CUSTOMER  purchases these services, he/she is deemed to have accepted all the terms in this agreement.
   3.2  turknethost.com is obliged to provide the relevant service in the best possible way, depending on the contractual articles. CUSTOMER understands that in some cases there may be problems in accessing the services.  accepts. Problems that may cause service disruption are listed below.

• Force majeure (natural disasters, war, etc.)
• Hardware failures
• Interruptions that may occur during maintenance
• Interruptions that may occur in Internet lines, interruptions that may occur during malicious attacks

3.3  CUSTOMER  accepts that problems may occur with the services provided by turknethost.com  .
3.4  turknethost.com will  make the maximum effort necessary to ensure continuity in the services provided to the CUSTOMER .
3.5  turknethost.com may suspend and inspect the services it provides.
3.6  SSL Certificates are used with a specific domain and service (products such as hosting, server, e-mail). The SSL service sold by turknethost.com  or from a different company works only for a specific domain and service and is specially designed. It may not be possible to transfer SSL to another company or service.
CUSTOMER must keep and back up the private key ( Private   KEY) of the SSL certificate running on a website on  turknethost.com servers. CUSTOMER cannot request the private key from turknethost.com in the process of moving to another server   . This process is done with the private key that the customer has backed up. turknethost.com cannot be held responsible for any technical problems that may occur if the SSL certificate is transferred   .
3.7  Within the scope of Reseller Hosting service  ,  turknethost.com grants the CUSTOMER the right to sell to third parties.
CUSTOMERis responsible for the support requests requested by third parties regarding the services it provides under the Reseller Hosting service.
turknethost.com provides technical support services  only  to CUSTOMER . CUSTOMER  is responsible for the content in the reseller hosting package. In case of any legal investigation  , turknethost.com provides the requested contact information or log records to judicial authorities or law enforcement.

4. CUSTOMER'S OBLIGATIONS
   4.1.  CUSTOMER cannot engage in behavior   or posts intended to harm the commercial reputation and reputation of turknethost.com . If such attempts are detected,  turknethost.com  has the right to terminate the contract.
   4.2.  By accepting this agreement, CUSTOMER agrees not to publish content that is contrary to laws, statutes, regulations, general morality and good manners. CUSTOMER  is responsible for the content belonging to himself or his sub-customers. In contrary cases,  turknethost.com  may suspend the services or completely delete them from its systems. In cases of violation of such contract provisions, no refund will be made.

Contents that violate the contract in Hosting and Reseller Hosting services are as follows;

• Using crontab (scheduled task) more frequently than 15 minutes
• Toplist sites
• IRC scripts, bots
• Proxy scripts/anonymizers
• Pirated software/warez
• Image Hosting Scripts (like Photobucket or Tinypic)
• AutoSurf/PTC/PTS/PPC sites
• IP Scanners
• Bruteforce Programs/Scripts/Applications
• Mail Bombers/Spam Scripts
• Banner-Ad services (commercial banner ad cycle)
• Dump file/Mirror scripts (similar to rapidshare)
• Commercial Audio Broadcast (more than one or two broadcasts)
• Escrow account/Bank Bonds
• Investment sites (FOREX, E-Gold Exchange, Second Life/Linden Exchange, Ponzi, MLM/Ponzi Chain)
• Sale of substances subject to authorization without prior proof of the existence of the necessary permit(s)
• Programs of banks that determine the market
• Raffle/gambling sites
• Sites that generate artificial traffic
• MUDs/RPGs/PBBGs
• Sites/archives/programs focused on hacking
• Sites that promote illegal activities
• Forums or websites that distribute or link to warez/pirated/illegal content
• Scam Sites (including those listed at aa419.org and escrow-fraud.com)
• Mailer Pro
• Any broadcast of Live Sports Events (UFC, NASCAR, FIFA, NFL, MLB, NBA, WWE, WWF etc.)

1. b) Contents that cannot be hosted on Physical or Virtual servers are as follows;

• IRCD (irc servers)
• IRC scripts/bots
• Pirated Software/Warez
• IP Scanners
• Bruteforce Programs/Scripts/Applications
• Mail Bombers/spam scripts
• Escrow account
• Investment sites (FOREX, E-Gold Exchange, Second Life/Linden Exchange, Ponzi, MLM/Ponzi Chain)
• Sale of substances subject to authorization without prior proof of the existence of the necessary permit(s)
• Raffle/gambling sites
• Sites/archives/programs focused on hacking
• Sites that promote illegal activities
• Forums or websites that distribute or link to warez/pirated/illegal content
• Scam Sites (including those listed at aa419.org and escrow-fraud.com)
• Mailer Pro
• All types of broadcasts of Live Sports Events (UFC, NASCAR, FIFA, NFL, MLB, NBA, WWE, WWFi, Lig TV, Super League, PTT 1st League, Bein Sports, LaLiga etc.)

Even if not stated in written lists, activities that are against the law and known as crime are prohibited. Otherwise,  turknethost.com  reserves the right to terminate the contract.

4.3. Resource Usage  
CUSTOMER ;
4.3.1  100% or more of the resources of the system used in service procurement cannot be used for 180 seconds or more. Sites with 100% continuous usage are reduced to a hard limit of 25% processor.
4.3.2  Unlimited Hosting packages are limited to 100 thousand INODE (total number of files and folders).
4.3.3  Content that is unrelated to the website cannot be kept other than the website content.
4.3.4  Personal content cannot be stored under the picture, video or music gallery.
4.3.5  It cannot be used for archive purposes for any kind of content. Click for Archive File Formats
4.3.6 Files intended for sharing cannot be hosted (files with extensions such as .zip, .rar, .tar, .gz, etc.)
4.3.7  Database service cannot be used as a remote server.

4.4 Bandwidth Usage Even though the bandwidth that
the CUSTOMER can use on a monthly basis is unlimited, there are limits set by the server and infrastructure. If these limits are reached, access problems may occur.
4.5  turknethost.com makes the necessary efforts to back up all CUSTOMER 's data and publish them securely  . However, it cannot be held responsible for any problems that may arise. It is the CUSTOMER 's own responsibility to back up the data   . CUSTOMER  is obliged to protect the password and e-mail address to which the passwords for the accounts are sent. turknethost.com is responsible for any damages that may occur as a result of passwords falling into the hands of other people.  cannot be held responsible.

5. PAYMENT
   5.1CUSTOMER is   always obliged to make payments in advance for the services purchased from turknethost.com . In case of non-payment,  turknethost.com  has the right to terminate the service.
   5.2 If  the CUSTOMER  makes payment to their bank account, they must enter the order number in the description section. Otherwise,  turknethost.com  cannot determine which service the payment is made for. In this case,  turknethost.com  cannot be held responsible for any damages that may occur.
   5.3 For hosting and reseller hosting services, the service will be stopped if 7 days have passed since the end of the period. After 30 days, it is permanently deleted from systems.
6. TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT
   turknethost.commay change the terms of the agreement at any time. CUSTOMER is deemed to have accepted that such changes may be made as long as the CUSTOMER  continues to receive service. If the 
   CUSTOMER  violates the rules in  turknethost.com contracts ,  turknethost.com may stop the services provided to the CUSTOMER  without notice. In this case, no refund will be made.

SERVER AGREEMENT

1. PARTIES
   Hosting Services Agreement,Selahattin Eyyubi Mah.333.sk. Turkbim Bilişim ve İletişim Teknolojileri San.Tic.Ltd.Şti. operating at No:4/E Bağlar DİYARBAKIR . (hereinafter   referred to as  turknethost.com .)  The conditions detailed below have been accepted between  the natural or legal person (hereinafter  referred to as CUSTOMER ) who purchases products and services through the www.turknethost.com website address under its control.
2. START DATE AND DURATION OF THE AGREEMENT
   2.1  Your electronic approval of this agreement means that you have read the agreement and that you accept and agree with all the terms contained in the agreement.
   2.2  All disputes that may arise between both parties will be resolved within the framework of the explanations detailed in the contract. If the CUSTOMER violates the specified conditions,  turknethost.com  may seize the relevant accounts or suspend the services provided temporarily or indefinitely.
   2.3  This agreement  enters into force  between  turknethost.com  and  the CUSTOMER after the CUSTOMER approves it. This contract  It covers the rules and general terms of service regarding the services that turknethost.com provides or will provide to  the  CUSTOMER .
3. SERVICE DETAIL The list of services that
   turknethost.com will provide to the CUSTOMER  within the scope of this agreement  is given below.

• Renting the Physical Server of turknethost.com (Dedicated or Rental Server)
• VPS or VDS Server (  virtual servers serving through turknethost.com servers)
• Server Hosting (Co-location)

4. SERVICE OBLIGATIONS
   4.1After the customer makes the payment, the service is made available and the information is sent to the customer. Service expansion can be online, or in cases requiring special installation, it may require a 24-48 hour installation process.
   4.2  HOSING.COM.TR cannot be held responsible for access problems that occur as a result of problems such as interruptions and slowness in internet lines that are beyond the control of turknethost.com .
   4.3  turknethost.com cannot be held responsible  for any problems that may occur in the software and hardware used on the server after  turknethost.com opens the service  .
   4.4  CUSTOMER is responsible for backup on  serversIt belongs to . turknethost.com cannot be held responsible for any data loss for whatever reason   .
   4.5 CUSTOMER is responsible  for all   software licenses used on the server,  unless it is stated that turknethost.com covers the software licenses used on the server  . 3. CUSTOMER is responsible for compensation for any damage caused to persons or organizations   .
   4.6  CUSTOMER is responsible for the content on CUSTOMER's  servers  . Turknethost.com  may stop the service if deemed necessary as a result of any request and notification made by the courts, prosecutor's office, BTK or law enforcement authorities  .
   4.7turknethost.com is responsible  for hardware problems in rental server and VDS/VPS services   .  Part replacement will be made by turknethost.com as soon as possible, depending on the parka supply  .
   4.8  Server support will be provided within the framework of server support packages. Server management is the CUSTOMER's responsibility as standard unless otherwise stated   .
   turknethost.com  delivers the server in working order, and  the CUSTOMER  will be responsible  for any problems that may occur after the management passes to the CUSTOMER , resulting from user-oriented errors such as misconfiguration, file removal, file modification, harmful content, malware. turknethost.com The server can fix the problem for a fee or perform a new installation for a fee, based on the server support price tariff.
   4.9  CUSTOMER  cannot send unauthorized e-mail (SPAM) or phishing in any way, even if the server belongs to the CUSTOMER. Turknethost.com  has the right to suspend the service without notice  when necessary, even if it is beyond  the CUSTOMER's control.
   4.10  Contents that cannot be hosted on server services are given below.

• All kinds of cryptocurrency mining applications
• IRCD (irc servers)
• IRC scripts/bots
• Pirated Software/Warez
• IP Scanners
• Bruteforce Programs/Scripts/Applications
• Mail Bombers/spam scripts
• Escrow account
• Investment sites (FOREX, E-Gold Exchange, Second Life/Linden Exchange, Ponzi, MLM/Ponzi Chain)
• Sale of substances subject to authorization without prior proof of the existence of the necessary permit(s)
• Raffle/gambling sites
• Sites/archives/programs focused on hacking
• Sites that promote illegal activities
• Forums or websites that distribute or link to warez/pirated/illegal content
• Scam Sites (including those listed at aa419.org and escrow-fraud.com)
• Mailer Pro
• Any broadcast of Live Sports Events (UFC, NASCAR, FIFA, NFL, MLB, NBA, WWE, WWF etc.)

5. FEES and COLLECTION
   5.1turknethost.com notifies the customer via e-mail about the fees to be collected for the service.
   5.2  turknethost.com is   authorized to collect the payment upon acceptance of the service by the CUSTOMER .
   5.3  turknethost.com may suspend the service if renewal payments are not made on time. turknethost.com is not responsible for any damages that may occur due to suspension of the service   .
   5.4  turknethost.com  issues invoices for the services provided. Invoices  can be downloaded from the CUSTOMER  panel.
   5.5 If the service is not renewed, the service will be permanently deleted from the systems on the 7th day after the service expiration date.
6. TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT
   6.1 Any changes that will occur over time in this agreement, whichthe CUSTOMER approved during its online application, will be notified to the CUSTOMER by publishing it on the website and/or via e-mail  .  By continuing to use  turknethost.com services, the 
   CUSTOMER will be deemed to have accepted the changed contract terms.
   6.2  If payments are not made or delayed in any way,  turknethost.com  reserves the right to terminate the contract.
   6.3  If the rules specified in the contract are not followed,  turknethost.com  terminates the contract. No refunds will be made.
   
   

GENERAL SERVICE CONTRACT

THIS SERVICE AGREEMENT CONTAINS IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING THE GENERAL PROVISIONS AND LEGAL RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS.

1. PARTIES
   This agreement is signed by Selahattin Eyyubi Mah.333.sk. Turkbim Bilişim ve İletişim Teknolojileri San.Tic.Ltd.Şti. operating at No:4/E Bağlar DİYARBAKIR . (hereinafter   referred to as  turknethost.com )  and the natural or legal person whose information is obtained through the relevant form on the Site by purchasing  turknethost.com products and services through www.turknethost.com  (hereinafter   referred to as  the Site ) (hereinafter referred to as the Site)  (referred to as CUSTOMER ) in the form and conditions specified below.

    If the CUSTOMER does not want to renew the contract, it should not continue the automatic renewal 15 (fifteen) business days in advance. In this case,  turknethost.com will not renew for the period following the CUSTOMER's current usage period. If the contract is terminated for any reason,   all records of the service on the CUSTOMER's turknethost.com servers will be deleted.
    If an invoice belonging to the customer is to be canceled, a 0.50 TL service fee will be collected. If the invoice is printed, the VAT fee and 0.50 TL service fee will be deducted and the remaining amount will be returned to the credit.
    
    PAYMENT METHODS
    14.1.  Payment by Credit Card
    Once you accept this agreement, turknethost.com has the right to collect the service fees from the credit card account you provided during registration.
    During the period that the contract remains in force,   the Customer is solely responsible for the up-to-dateness of the credit card information you provide to turknethost.com for collection. If the expiration date of the credit card changes, this information must be changed in the relevant field in the Account (Member Transactions).
    turknethost.com reserves the right to suspend your relevant services and/or terminate the contract completely if your credit card account cannot be collected.
    14.2.  Payment by Money Transfer / EFT
    If Bank Transfer / EFT is selected as the payment method turknethost.com  service is activated  as a result of the payment being made to the bank account belonging to turknethost.com within 2 (two) calendar days at the latest from the bank account opened in the name of the person or institution you specified in your Account  . For payments made via Bank Transfer/EFT method, the order code must be stated in the payment description. All costs of payments belong to the CUSTOMER.
    14.3. turknethost.com  Payment with Virtual Credit  
    turknethost.com  Virtual Credit application has been created generally for refund transactions, and your refund amount regarding your request can be loaded to your Virtual Credit. Also via bank transfer / EFT, Credit Card, Mobile Payment at  turknethost.com You can load your Virtual Credit, make your payment for your next order(s)  with your turknethost.com  Virtual Credit Balance, or if you have sufficient balance, you can make the relevant payment from your Virtual Card during the order. When a customer with a positive balance in his turknethost.com  Virtual Credit account wants to withdraw the balance in his account to his bank account, 20% service fee is deducted from the amount after 180 days and the remaining amount is deposited to the defined bank account.
    
    14.4.  Payment by Mobile Payment

    14.5. Payment on Credit
    : This is the payment method made using the 3% of the monthly total of your previous orders using the Payment option. Your payment  is recorded as a debit to turknethost.com  Virtual Credit Account. Monthly rate  can be changed by turknethost.com  at any time.
    14.6.  Payment via Paypal
    In this payment option, payment is made via PAYPAL (www.paypal.com) by credit card or paypal account balance. The customer using this payment option is deemed to have accepted all agreements and rules specified by PAYPAL. In transactions made via Paypal, in chargeback and objection transactions received by us by Paypal, the disputed amount is written to the customer's debt.
    
    AUTOMATIC RENEWAL TERMS
    
    14.7.

    If the CUSTOMER does not want to renew the contract, it should not continue the automatic renewal 3 (three days) in advance. In this case,  turknethost.com, will not renew for the period following the CUSTOMER's current usage period. If the contract is terminated for any reason,   all records of the service on the CUSTOMER's turknethost.com servers will be deleted.
    
    15. INDEMNIFICATION
    : (i) your use of this Site or the Services found on this Site; (ii) your violation of the provisions of this Agreement or the corporate policies and/or agreements contained in the structure of this Agreement and/or (iii) your violation of third party rights, including without limitation any intellectual property rights and proprietary rights,  turknethost.com  of,  turknethost.comand turknethost.com  against all claims, demands, costs and expenses (including attorney fees in the advisory fee schedule of Diyarbakır Bar Association) and all other damages that the officers, employees and representatives of .  You agree that you will protect its employees, indemnify and compensate for any damages and losses, and hold them harmless against the legal responsibilities listed. The indemnification obligations under this section shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement or your discontinuation of use of the Site or the Services available on the Site.

15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION, JURISDICTION
    Except for disputes subject to the Authorized Domain Name Registry Operators and the International Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy, this Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of laws principles.Diyarbakır Central Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized to resolve any disputes arising from this agreement and to handle all lawsuits and proceedings.
16. TITLES AND TITLES;INDEPENDENT COMMITMENTS;SEVERABILITY
    The titles and headings of this Agreement are for convenience of reference only and shall not be used in any way to otherwise interpret or explain the matters agreed to by the parties herein. Each representation and warranty in this Agreement shall be construed in all respects as a separate and independent statement or understanding. If any provision of this Agreement is held by any court of competent jurisdiction to be unlawful, void or otherwise unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this Agreement (and any other parts thereof) shall not be affected and shall remain valid and valid to the fullest extent permitted by law. will remain applicable.
